We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

- All orders are processed within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the UAE is 1-2 business days, depending on your location.

We offer Express shipping through reliable local courier services within the UAE. At checkout, the available shipping options will be displayed based on your location.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
6. Delivery Issues
